Vanilla is legal to custom-pack in approved packets since 2020 again, but the standard wax lined box with bundles in a layer cake formation is the regular vanilla shipping size that still fixes space in Madagascar vanilla logistics. The boxes hold 25kg of vanilla each.If you’d like to buy wholesale, ask us for a price that is valid according to the market at the time. We do not consider anything below 1 x 25kg box to be wholesale.
You have the option to airlift your vanilla from Sambava airport yourself, or to pay us to do it for you. Yes, we can do private labeling. No, it is not free.
You can come to the farm and pick your own finished beans. You can also come to the farm and pick your own green fresh beans if you have half a year to sit around and wait and cure and massage and sun and shade them yourself.
You can take beans from the farm (no papers) ; FOB (with export papers) ; CIF (with shipping) ; or for the United States – Delivered (all the way to your door imported and turnkey totally done.)
We do grant credit for special or prestigious clients. If you are new or a small business, it is better not to ask unless you have exceptional reasons and references for doing so, a tax ID number, and are accustomed to talking to lawyers and personally guaranteeing your vanilla order with your own assets and collateral. We do payment net terms for clients we have collaborated with for years. For the vast majority of clients, prepayment to our Madagascar or American (or French) bank is required.

We allow returns only with our tattooed original and unadulterated, unaltered beans, If you switch them, or have used them in any way, we can tell. Please be honest.
We do not sell beans from other origins. We are in Madagascar, and we don’t believe in the competitive quality of Indonesian, Ugandan, Congolese, Tanzanian, Mexican, or PNG planifolia beans. Taste tells all. Those beans could be cheaper than ours. We will not match those on price, same as they won’t match us on taste for planifolia species.
